When did TextGoods launch?

Launched in 2018, TextGoods has grown rapidly into one of the most well-known and respected content service providers for niche blog content. TextGoods started after our founder had hired and trained multiple writers, but unable to provide the writers with enough work began taking on work from other niche bloggers.

How big is TextGoods?

Quickly, TextGoods grew from the founder and initial 20 writers into a full-blown content service with a team of over 200 (writers, editors, customer service reps, and quality assurance personnel).

How much content has TextGoods provided?

As a team TextGoods has written over 6,000,000 words and produced over 3,000 niche blog articles across over 300 topics. Over 90% of TextGoods customers go on to order additional content and less than 5% of TextGoods content requires additional revisions after being delivered to the customer.

We pride ourselves on providing top-quality content. Our writers and editors receive regular training and are constantly updated with the latest and greatest methods in the industry to ensure that the content we provide is ahead of the pack.

Do we use AI to write our content?

TextGoods does not use any sort of AI tools such as Chat GPT to write any of our content. We use 100% humans to write and edit SEO optimized content. We train our team to research and use credible sources and can provide human experience that AI lacks.

Benny Kounlavouth has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry from various Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and D.R. Horton. His experience as a business analyst allows him to be a mediator translating complex topics into digestible pieces. 

As a result, he is able to provide solutions people need in the form of copywriting.

Benny and Trae operate a portfolio of websites at its peak that has reached 1.5 million users per month.

Benny has been in the SEO and Blogging space for over 5 years and is able to leverage his past analysis roles to bring users the exact content they need.

Through Text Goods, he is able to help various industries with their content including Moving Services, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, and Alternative Medicine field.

Benny has a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Information Technology.

When Benny is not optimizing content, he enjoys vacations on Cruises to different destinations and playing Pickleball.

Trae Jacobs is an accomplished UX Designer with nearly 10 years of experience with a track record of driving impactful results for businesses. With a relentless drive for innovation and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, Trae has established himself as a leading professional in the field.

Trae is able to bring his UX experience to Text Goods to enhance the users overall experience.

Whether it’s crafting persuasive marketing copy, informative blog articles, or engaging social media posts, Trae has an innate ability to tailor content to suit any purpose or target audience.

In addition to his UX skills, Trae brings a strategic mindset to the table. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to align user experience objectives with technology, ensuring that every design decision supports the company’s growth and conversion objectives.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Trae is an avid reader and a perpetual learner. He is continuously exploring new avenues of knowledge to enhance his writing and storytelling abilities. 

Trae has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Joshua Monge has over 20 years of professional work experience in various industries, including Beauty, Economic Development, Education, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing, with specialities in Operations,  Marketing, and HR.

Previously Joshua was the Director of Economic Development for the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, working with local businesses to identify common challenges and align and coordinate local resources to meet the local business community’s needs while preserving local community values.
Joshua has a passion for building efficient, productive networks and meeting multifaceted goals. He also owns an SEO Consulting Firm, and a Business Consulting Firm with an emphasis in Executive Operations Consulting.
Joshua has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics.
When not cultivating the economic ecosystem, he tends to his permaculture garden, refines his culinary skills, and enjoys playing games with friends and family.


Social Media

Hillary started out at TextGoods as a writer in 2021, and have since began using her social media and organizational communication experience to manage TextGoods’ social media profiles. On her off-days, she likes to spend time painting, catching up on reality TV, and playing with her two dogs.


Keyword Research

Kevin started out working at Textgoods in June 2020, using his knowledge to provide in-depth keyword research and competition analysis. He loves being able to find valuable insight into the queries that users are actually searching on Google. He has helped customers and delivered thousands of Keywords to clients. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and camping with friends.
