Got questions? We’ve got answers. When ordering content from any service you are bound to have questions and we want to make it easy for you to find your answers. If these FAQ’s don’t address your question please feel free to reach out to us.

Do the different packages come with the search analysis or is that a separate service?

The Keyword Research is not included with the package options. If you would like us to provide the titles for you, you would need to purchase a Keyword Research along with the package.

Do you offer any discounts?

All our orders over 10 qualify for our bulk discount pricing. If they are all the same size you can order them directly on our website. If the order is going to be a mix of different sizes of post please email hello@textgoods.com to get a custom quote.

How long will my order take?

One post turnaround time is 7 business days. With larger orders it is 7 business days plus 2 business days for each additional post ordered. Example:

-An order of 10 would be completed after 25 business days.

-An order of 30 would be completed after 67 business days.

Do you deliver articles all at once or will they come in batches?

We will deliver the articles as they are finished. When the first one is completed, you will receive an email to download the article (if signed up as a user on the system). If not, we will send you a link to a shared google folder with the first post in it. We will then continue to add the posts to that folder as they are finished.

For P24 articles, do you follow the latest P24 guidelines?

Yes, we train our writers on the latest P24 format. When changes are made to the training, we may require additional time with your order while we update and retrain each of our writers and editors on the newest methods.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes, we offer revisions on all posts that we deliver. However, we won’t deliver something that we wouldn’t be willing to publish on our own sites. If you do require revisions please contact customer service and let us know of any questions about your articles.

Do I pay before or after the articles are written?

Payment is taken up front when the order is placed.

Do we use AI for Content?

The TextGoods team 100% does not use any AI tools to write our content. Our content is 100% human produced.

We strive to give our clients the best content possible and that means using real humans with real experience.

While AI has made arguably great strides, we believe it cannot replace the human element, content strategy, and guidance that our team can provide.
